PINCH ANALYSIS IS AN EXPERTISE THAT ALLOWS MINIMIZING
THE ENERGY COSTS OF YOUR PROCESSES AS WELL AS THE INVESTMENTS REQUIRED
TO REACH IT.
Pinch analysis is a system approach, which examines
all processes to identify globally - and not locally - the optimal
solutions in energy efficiency. Based on thermodynamics rigorous
principles, the Pinch Analysis is a unique discipline, which allows
the engineer to draw up a strategic plan of action where the objective
is to maximize the energy efficiency. This action plan consists
of a series of projects that can be gradually implanted at a chosen
rate by the management.

We design equipment and technologies of air pollution
control allowing our customers to meet the most demanding environmental

SURVEY, MILL SERVICES and MACT 1 phase 2 COMPLIANCE
Several TRS treatment systems (concentrated and
diluted) were installed in Kraft mills lately. During our visits,
we often observed that systems are not optimized and use more energy
than required. Therefore, the mills sink considerable operating
cost to achieve the required Air Compliance.
We are proud to offer the services of our personnel
that thoroughly know TRS Treatment system (ours system along with
those of the competition). We can assist mill toward the optimization
of system or with the collect and transport of a new TRS source
to and existing system.
Our experienced team also performs MACT1 Ph 2 study
for Kraft Mills. MESAR/ENVIRONAIR INC. prepares an investment planning
describing alternatives to meet the 2006 regulation regarding Diluted
TRS.
